Our Services

All of our homes offer residential 24 hour nursing care with waking night nursing staff. Each individual that uses our service will have their own spacious well-furnished bedroom, equipped with a profile bed, a television, a sink, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a bedside table, and a bedside lamp. Our families are encouraged to personalise the bedrooms with photographs and items from home. Bedrooms are also often personalised by our gifted and talented team of carers, by producing themed rooms that reflect the personality and likes of the individual.

We believe that making the room feel like home is an important part of the settling in process and helps to make the transition easier for the individual and the family.

Our Day Care Service is offered at Chapel House, Winsford. 3L Care do not believe in sitting in front of the television all day. Our emphasis is on providing meaningful and well structured activity programmes. The activities team are full of enthusiasm ensuring that a day at 3L Care is vibrant, busy, engaging and more importantly, never boring!

All our activities are fun and interactive, with a different theme planned each month. Our activities team like nothing better than getting some fresh air. If they are not in the garden, you will often see them out and about in local parks.

Sometimes all the activity gets a bit too much. When anyone is feeling a little tired or simply needs a bit of quiet time, there is always sensory time or the cinema room to enjoy a movie.

Respite Care is currently only offered at Chapel House, although it would be considered at our other homes if space was available.

3L Care has a number of families who regularly use our respite service. Placing their loved ones in our care gives them the freedom to go out and do the things that they may not normally be able to do. Whilst away, they have complete peace of mind that their loved one is being cared for in a safe, loving and relaxing environment.

We also offer transitional respite care. One of the biggest concerns for families caring for individuals with complex health needs and disabilities is what would happen if death or ill health prevented them from being able to provide adequate care. At 3L Care we understand those fears. We also know that with the right guidance, understanding and reassurance, families feel more in control and have a far greater peace of mind. We work with families to facilitate the transition over a period of time, increasing the length of each stay until the moving in date is reached.
