3L Care provide high quality 24 hour residential nursing and social care for adults living with acquired brain injury, complex health needs and learning and physical disabilities.

We strive for perfection ensuring that we give every individual who resides with us the same standard of care that we would expect for our own families. Our number one priority is the happiness and well being of the individuals that use our service. By providing high quality 24 hour nursing care, in a home-from-home environment, we ensure that every day involves plenty of “Live, Love and Laugh”.

3L Care continually invest in the development of staff, equipment and quality of service. We work in conjunction with CQC ensuring that all requirements of current legislation and care standards are met.

Our services are provided in a beautiful, safe, caring and fun environment that we truly believe is home-from-home.

Every individual who resides with us has his or her own specifically tailored care plan. Prior to moving to 3L Care, the individual’s needs are fully assessed by our nursing team who work closely with the individual, his or her family and all professionals involved with his or her support.

A named nurse is assigned to every individual that comes to live with us. We believe that continuity of care is essential to a person’s wellbeing and helps to give the family the peace of mind that they need.

All care plans are assessed regularly and are updated as the needs of the individual change.

We appreciate that for most families the decision to entrust the care of their loved one to someone else is probably one of the hardest decisions they will ever have to make. At 3L Care we understand. Where possible, we offer transitional respite stays to benefit both the individual and the family, allowing everybody time to adjust to their new surroundings.
